Do I have to do much?

Very little. You give us manager access to the profile, put the review stand or card where customers pay, and send us new photos when you have them.

Do you write fake reviews?

No. Reviews must come from real customers on their own phones. We simply make it easier for happy customers to leave one.

What if I get a bad review?

Routine reviews get a response from us. Anything negative comes to you first with a suggested reply.

What do I actually need to buy?

If your profile needs work, start with setup and then add a monthly plan. If your profile is already in good shape, you may only need the card or card plus monthly support.

I rent a chair or a suite. Will this still work?

Yes. We can help set up your own practitioner profile so clients find you directly, and the Solo plan is built for one chair.
