You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity conducted under your account or using your phone number.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Program
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us related to your use of our services. These may include:
- Appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes.
- Missed-call alerts, voicemail alerts, and lead follow-ups.
- Account, billing, or service-related notifications.

To the extent we are found liable, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
